What does Stratus Business do?

Most people start with the free Business Health Check, or the Constraint Check, a self-serve diagnostic that scores your answers and gives you a written read of where your real constraint sits. From there, the Strata Intensive is the hands-on coaching programme.

A standalone, self-serve diagnostic. You answer a set of questions, it scores them, and you get a written read of your real constraint, with no sales call to get started.
What is the Strata Intensive?
Our hands-on coaching programme. It takes the diagnosis further, works the root constraint through with you, and builds the structure that lets the business grow without depending on you for every decision.

Do you work remotely, and where?
Yes. We work remotely with founders worldwide, with a particular presence in the UK, the US, Dubai, and Hong Kong. Everything can be done online.
